From Mike reply:
* We'll stay with dcache and are about to rebuild the whole SE (and the whole cluster including a new multi-core CE) when we shut down for a week soon to install SL4. Everything is under test at present and we are upgrading the rack software servers to 250GB RAID1 to cope with the100GB size of the ATLAS code.
* We are still testing Puppet (on our non-LCG cluster) as our preferred solution. It looks fine but we are not yet sure it will scale to many 100s of nodes.
